Location View/Use Instructions

1. From the GS1 US Data Hub main page, click View/Use then Location View/Use

2. To search, enter the GLN or Location Name into the Search Field and click the Search icon to initiate the search.

3. GLNs that match your criteria display on the View/Use screen. To modify which attributes you want displayed, click the Columns button and make your selections.

To further narrow this search, click the Filter icon button to display the different filter options, then click Apply Filters. You can also Click the Search Icon button on the table to refine the search, such as searching for a more specific name, or address.

The following features require the Export Add-On subscription

1. To export the GLNs displayed, click the Export These Results button. 
2. To export all GLN data within a GLN hierarchy, click the GLN, then select the Hierarchy tab then Export Hierarchy Data, to download the GLN data.
3. To access the file(s), click My Account at the top right of the screen navigate to the Export Center, and download the Excel file (the most recent exported file is listed at the top).
4. Open the Excel file or save it to your computer. It's recommended that you change the file name when you save it to your computer.

Note: If your dataset contains more than 100,000 GLNs, you will not be able to export. You must apply filters to reduce the dataset to 100,000 GLNs or fewer before exporting.
