Download Your GS1 Certificate:
- Login to your GS1 US account.
- Select Manage Account.
- Select View Licenses & Download Certificates.
Print a Certificate
A GS1 Identifier Certificate confirms your organization’s licensed GS1 Company Prefix or GS1 Identifier. These identifiers are unique numbers GS1 US licenses to your company and serve as the foundation for creating GS1 identifiers, including GTINs for products and GLNs for locations. Many retailers, online marketplaces, distributors, and other partners may request this certificate as proof that your company is the authorized licensee.
Before downloading your certificate, ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. GS1 Identifier Certificates are provided as PDF files and are available for download directly from GS1 US.
The Active Licenses tab allows you to:
- Download certificates individually or in bulk.
- Review license start and end dates.
- Access licensing agreements.
- Review cancellation policies.
On the Inactive Licenses tab you can view your inactive licenses. To reapply for any of these inactive licenses, contact our Member Support Team at 937‑435‑3870 or info@gs1us.org.
On the Prefix Verification tab, you can identify whether your Prefixes are used to identify a medical device.
